I’m interested in the bible in 2 years thing but not entirely clear on what’s involved.
Does it mean reading the bible and a book on how to read the bible? Does it involve interaction with anyone else doing the same thing or is it more of an individual thing? If I was going to go for it would I need to get organised in advance? (i.e order the book that goes with it)

The DA book is linked as a PDF there, so it’s worth reading the blurb/introduction there or checking it out on amazon. Basically it’s a daily reflection (three or four short paragraphs) and it’s tied specifically to one of the two bible chapters you would be reading that day.
